Pre-dating Prohibition in the United States, this delicious cocktail with a fun frothy topping stands the test of time.  

INGREDIENTS

  • 40 ml Pink House Gin

  • 15 ml Extra Dry Vermouth

  • 15 ml lemon juice

  • 15 ml raspberry syrup

  • 1 egg white or ½ tbsp. egg white substitute

STEPS TO MAKE IT

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 10 seconds. 

  2. Add ice and shake again to chill. 

  3. Strain into an elegant coupe glass, allowing light airy froth to settle on top.

  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries and/or strip of lemon peel.
